Workshop cover the basics of what mindfulness is and what it is not, the basic practices as well as how any and all leaders can benefit from it.

Becoming a mindful leader isn't easy. Yet there is an alternative to just leading from the top down. It's leading from the inside out. That's what mindful leadership is all about. It's about creating the space in your life to cultivate self-awareness, self-regulation and lead with authenticity in a way that inspires and serves others. Through Mindful Leadership, we can transform our own lives, our teams, our clients - and the world by being more present, increasing emotional intelligence, increasing productivity and driving performance.
 
During the workshop participants will learn and practice the basics of what the world's largest business players, spots teams and schools do with Mindfulness as well as have the following topics covered:
