Meet the Skill Day trainer

Oleksandra Flekel

IT Delivery Manager @ Kainos & Accredited ITIL trainer @ Conlea

Started her journey in IT as a software developer, later on gradually moved to management space. Gained skills in project management, operational support and service delivery management. She is an experienced Service Delivery Manager focused on setting up relevant ITIL, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, DevSecOps practices in organisations from governmental and fin-tech sectors.

Furthermore, has been leading and delivering projects like: cloud migrations; digital transformations; building, creating and supporting big data and integration platforms. On top of the above, she was acting as internal auditor, looking into service management (ISO 20000) and IT Information Security (ISO27001) areas.

How do we train?

1 meeting: We respect your time. The workshop takes place on a specific day.

2-3 hours: You receive practical knowledge, many examples based on real case studies.

10 years of experience: The meeting is led and moderated by a trainer-practitioner with extensive experience in the IT industry.

12 attendees: Closed group is an opportunity for networking and exchanging experiences.

Cameras and microphones on: The training takes place with the full involvement of the participants.
