Now that you are more mindful, more self-aware, how much are you really living or just on auto-pilot?

In this workshop we will be continuing to practice while exploring other practices or variations of the former practices. You will learn stories and insights and have access to more tools, tricks and tips.

  • Training is available in form of 8h training (1 day) or 2x 4h training (2days) 
  • Classroom with U-shaped seating arrangement, whiteboard, projector, flipchart
  • 16 students maximum
  • Course runs 09:00 – 5:00
  • There is an opportunity to combine workshop with 8-week Mindfulness program
